Unfortunately due to the nature of our products and for sanitary purposes, we are unable to issue a refund. However customer service is our main priority, so please reach out if you need help selecting a style to fit your eye, or help with the application process.
Upon receiving your order please inspect it, and in the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item contact us so we can immediately get you a replacement item shipped out!!
